**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement innovative and effective digital marketing strategies to promote brand awareness, increase website traffic, and generate qualified leads.

3. Capture high-quality photographs and videos that showcase products, services, events, and other marketing initiatives.

4. Edit and enhance photos and videos using industry-standard software to maintain a consistent brand aesthetic and visual appeal.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and produce engaging video content, including promotional videos, product demos, and client testimonials.

7. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and opportunities for creative marketing initiatives.

8. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions for optimization.

9. Stay up to date with emerging trends and best practices in digital marketing, graphic design, photography, and videography, and incorporate innovative ideas into marketing strategies.

10. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and content, to ensure alignment and consistency in brand messaging and visual identity.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree & professional certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics) are a plus.

2. Minimum 3 years of experience.

3. A portfolio showcasing previous graphic design work, photography, and videography projects is highly desirable

4. Experience in capturing and editing high-quality photos and videos using professional-grade equipment and software.

5. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey brand messages through visuals.

6. Experience with website analytics tools and SEO best practices is highly desirable.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
