Role and Responsibilities:
1. Responsibility for regular interaction with the client, by way of making calls & physical meetings, he also signs at unit visit books to register his visits.

2. To visit their respective units on daily basis & they register their visit at unit visit book on the site.

3. To ensure smooth running of routine operations on his site supervision, he cheeks registers maintained by guarding personnel on the site and work out a system as per expectation of clients.

4. To improve existing security set up by identifying the changing needs of clients.

5. To monitor attendance to cross checks whether attendance is made as per expected strength.

6. To ensure that guarding personnel are deployed as per mutually agreed upon strength by way of checking the expected guarding strength with available strength then conclude deficiency and in turn report to office.

7. To ensure that security personnel are well aware of their duties, by way of cross questioning and apprising them of the duties expected by them.

8. To compile daily and to make monthly attendance sheets of guarding personnel.

9. To ensure attendance collection by last date of every month.

10. To ensure bill distribution by 2nd of coming month.

11. To pursue payment collections of regular bases by way of making regular telephone calls and personal visits.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
