We are seeking highly skilled and experienced DGCA (Directorate General of Civil Aviation)-approved remote pilot trainers to join our team. As a Remote Pilot Trainer, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive training and instruction to aspiring drone pilots, ensuring compliance with DGCA regulations and industry best practices. Your expertise will play a crucial role in preparing individuals to safely operate drones and achieve their DGCA remote pilot certification.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Deliver DGCA-approved training programs:Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs in accordance with DGCA guidelines, covering theoretical knowledge, practical flight skills, and regulatory requirements.
Create and update training materials, presentations, and assessments to ensure relevancy and adherence to DGCA standards.
Conduct classroom sessions, simulator training, and practical flight exercises to provide hands-on experience to trainees.

Provide theoretical and regulatory knowledge:Teach trainees about the principles of flight, aerodynamics, airspace regulations, meteorology, and other theoretical aspects relevant to remote piloting.
Educate trainees on DGCA regulations, guidelines, and operating procedures specific to the use of drones for commercial purposes.
Ensure trainees have a comprehensive understanding of safety protocols, risk management, emergency procedures, and privacy considerations related to drone operations.

Develop practical flight skills:Instruct trainees on drone flight operations, including pre-flight inspections, maneuvering techniques, takeoff, landing, and navigation procedures.
Demonstrate advanced flight maneuvers and provide guidance to trainees to improve their piloting skills and situational awareness.
Conduct simulated flight exercises and provide constructive feedback to help trainees enhance their proficiency in operating drones safely and efficiently.

Evaluate trainee performance:Conduct regular assessments, quizzes, and examinations to evaluate trainees' understanding of theoretical concepts and regulatory requirements.
Observe and evaluate trainees' practical flight skills, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and compliance with DGCA regulations.
Provide timely feedback to trainees on their progress, strengths, and areas for improvement, and assist them in addressing any knowledge or skill gaps.

Stay updated with industry trends and regulations:Stay abreast of the latest developments, trends, and innovations in the field of remote piloting, including advancements in drone technology and DGCA regulations.
Attend training programs, seminars, and workshops to enhance personal knowledge and maintain DGCA-approved trainer status.
Continuously update training materials and methodologies to align with industry best practices and DGCA regulatory updates.

Maintain records and documentation:Maintain accurate records of trainee attendance, performance evaluations, and training outcomes.
Prepare reports and documentation required by the organization and DGCA to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Collaborate with administrative staff to ensure smooth coordination of training schedules, resources, and logistics.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- DGCA-approved Remote Pilot Trainer certification.
- Extensive experience as a remote pilot, preferably in a commercial or professional capacity.
- Deep understanding of DGCA regulations and guidelines related to drone operations.
- Strong knowledge of aviation principles, aerodynamics, and airspace regulations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficient in using drone flight simulators and training software.
- Patient and supportive teaching style, with the ability to adapt training methods to accommodate different learning styles.
- Proven ability to assess and evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records and documentation.

**Salary**: ₹278,083.52 - ₹500,000.00 per year
