**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Errands and Deliveries**: Run daily errands, including but not limited to picking up and delivering documents, packages, and supplies.
- **Bank and Post Office Runs**: Perform bank transactions, deposit cheques, and handle postal services as required.
- **Office Support**: Assist with general office duties such as photocopying, filing, and data entry.
- **Vendor Coordination**: Pick up office supplies and coordinate with external vendors for maintenance or service-related tasks.
- **Client Assistance**: Assist with client drop-offs and pick-ups as needed.
- **Maintenance**: Ensure the office environment is clean and organized by performing basic maintenance tasks.
- **Timely Reporting**: Provide daily updates to the supervisor regarding tasks completed and any issues encountered.

**Requirements**:

- Must have a valid driver's license and own a bike/two-wheeler.
- Good knowledge of the local area and routes.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Good communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Basic understanding of office operations and administration.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
