**Position: English Teacher (for 8th to 10th)**

Om Gurudeo English Medium Gurukul and Junior College Shirdi is currently seeking an exceptional and dedicated English Teacher (for 8th to 10th grade) to join our esteemed team. Our school specializes in providing high-quality education and fostering the success of our students.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide engaging and effective instruction in English to students in 8th to 10th grade.
- Conduct regular doubt-clearing sessions to address students' questions and support their learning in English.
- Design and deliver curriculum-aligned lessons that promote student engagement and achievement.
- Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to accommodate the diverse learning needs of students.
- Administer assessments, including assignments, quizzes, tests, and other evaluations, to assess students' understanding and progress in English.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to enhance their learning and development.
- Maintain accurate records of students' performance, attendance, and relevant data.
- Incorporate educational technology effectively to enhance English instruction and student engagement.
- Stay abreast of the latest research, best practices, and developments in English education.
- Collaborate with fellow English teachers and faculty members to align curriculum, share resources, and enhance teaching strategies.
- Regularly communicate with parents or guardians to discuss students' academic progress and address any concerns.
- Actively participate in professional development activities and workshops to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational trends.

**Requirements**:

- Possess a Master's degree in English or a related field, along with a B.Ed.
- Previous experience teaching English in English Medium Schools is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers.
- Strong passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
