Mechanical Helper

**Equipment Maintenance**: Inspecting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical equipment such as pumps, engines, compressors, and hydraulic systems to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- **Installation and Assembly**: Assembling and installing mechanical components and systems according to engineering drawings, specifications, and safety standards. This may involve working with tools, welding, and using other techniques.
- **Troubleshooting and Repairs**: Identifying and resolving mechanical problems, faults, and malfunctions through diagnostic techniques and repair procedures. This may involve disassembling, repairing, or replacing faulty components.
- **Quality Control**: Conducting quality inspections of mechanical parts and ensuring compliance with standards and specifications. Reporting any defects or deviations and suggesting improvements for efficiency and reliability.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections. Providing detailed reports to supervisors or managers regarding work performed, issues encountered, and recommendations for improvements.

**Job Specification**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience.
- **Education and Training**: Successful completion of a mechanical ITI course or a similar vocational training program in mechanical engineering.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Familiarity with different mechanical components and systems such as pumps, motors, bearings, gears, and pneumatics. Basic knowledge of welding, fabrication, machining, and other relevant techniques.
