**Skills/Requirements**:

- Proficiency in relational (SQL) databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle and SQL Server.
- Ability to design conceptual, logical and physical data models.
- Experience with data modelling tools like Visio, Lucid chart etc.
- Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) and CDC (Change Data Capture).
- Expertise in integrating data from diverse sources including APIs, flat files and legacy systems.
- Experience with data warehouse solutions like Amazon Redshift, Snowflake etc.
- Knowledge of designing and managing data lakes for large-scale, unstructured data.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, Oracle or Google Cloud data services (e.g., AWS RDS, Azure Synapse).
- Experience in migrating on-premises data systems to the cloud.
- Understanding of BI tools like Tableau, Power BI or Looker for reporting and visualization.
- Expertise in data encryption, access control, and anonymization technique.
- Proficiency in SQL and other programming languages like Java, Python or Scala.
- Experience in scripting tasks for automation and data pipeline orchestration.
- Skills in query optimization and indexing for large-scale data systems.
- Familiarity with tools like Splunk, Datadog or Grafana for monitoring system performance.

**Qualification**:

- B.Tech/ B.E./ MCA or higher in a related field.
- Any leading certification in data architect.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in storage and management of electronic data software.
- Experience with database management systems software, determining effective storage methods while managing tasks involved in database environment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and detail orientation.
- In depth knowledge in the proposed DB.
- Fluency in English and Hindi (Speaking, reading & writing).

**Responsibilities**:
Data Architecture Design:

- Design conceptual, logical and physical data models to organize and store data effectively.
- Establish guidelines and best practices for data management, including naming conventions, schemas and data governance.
- Ensure data solutions are scalable, maintainable and aligned with organizational goals.

Data Management and Governance:

- Implement processes to maintain high data quality, integrity and consistency.

Database and Storage Solutions:

- Select appropriate database technologies (e.g., relational, NoSQL, graph databases) based on use cases.
- Monitor and tune database performance to handle large-scale data operations efficiently.
- Design data storage solutions that balance cost, performance and scalability.

Collaboration with Stakeholders:

- Work closely with business analysts and other stakeholders to understand data needs.
- Collaborate with software developers, DevOps teams and cloud architects to implement data solutions.
- Communicate data strategies and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Cloud and Big Data Solutions:

- Design and manage cloud-based data architectures using platforms like AWS, Azure, Oracle or Google Cloud.

Security and Risk Management:

- Implement measures like encryption, access controls and anonymization to protect sensitive data.
- Design backup and recovery strategies to ensure business continuity.

Monitoring and Continuous Improvement:

- Track the performance of data systems and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Continuously improve data architectures to reduce costs and enhance performance.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and incorporate innovations into the data strategy.
