Job Title: Academic Coordinator

1. Responsibilities:

- Coordinate academic activities and programs within the school.
- Collaborate with teachers to develop curriculum and teaching strategies.
- Oversee lesson planning and ensure alignment with educational standards.
- Monitor student progress and academic performance.
- Organize and conduct teacher training sessions.
- Supervise examinations and assessments.
- Implement academic policies and procedures set by the school administration.
- Foster a positive learning environment conducive to student growth and development.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student academic progress.

2. Requirements:

- **Master's in Science with B.Ed mandatory**.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in an educational setting.
- English medium background mandatory
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in educational technology and instructional methods.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Immediate joiner preferred.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
