Responsibilities
- Oversee daily bakery operations
- Develop and test new recipes
- Ensure all products meet quality standards
- Manage and train junior staff
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Monitor inventory and order supplies
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff
- Manage cost control and budgeting
- Create a variety of baked products
- Decorate cakes and pastries
- Conduct regular quality checks
- Handle customer inquiries and special orders
- Stay updated on industry trends
- Implement new baking techniques
- Maintain equipment and tools
- Plan and execute seasonal menu
- Ensure timely production of baked goods
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Bakery Chef
- Diploma/ Degree in Hotel Management
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques
- Creativity in developing new recipes
- Excellent leadership skills
- Ability to manage a team
- Strong understanding of food safety practices
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to manage inventory
- Understanding of cost control
- Passion for baking
- Ability to decorate cakes and pastries
- Knowledge of industry trends
- Ability to train and mentor staff
- Strong work ethic
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods
- Formal culinary training is a plus
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
