Perform core business process transactions including data entry, data capture, and data verification according to standard delivery solutions. Respond to information requests by searching, compiling, and summarizing results in requested format. Assess and resolve problems following defined incident notification and escalation procedures. Serve as a technical/functional resource or super user to other team members.Label data for an AI Bot that can answer people's questions. Responses to be informative, truthful, relevant, clear and harmless. Help improve the quality and safety of online contents by analyzing and reviewing user profiles, videos, and text-based content and/or investigating, escalating and/or resolving issues that are reported by users or flagged by the system.
