**Job Summary**:
**Job Role -Customer Support -Executive**

** - Onsite-Night shift**

**Location: Ahmedabad**

**Reporting to: Manager/ Senior Manager**

**Shift timings: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (EST)**

**What you will be doing**:

- Excellent & Effective communication with client’s external customers/vendors to manage the collections/ payment process.
- Assist customers with Billing & Payment inquiries, and account management.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Co-ordinate with other team members from Accounting & IT to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Meet or exceed performance goals for customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer support experience.
- Maintain all the records & files in an organized manner on cloud platform.

**What you bring**:

- Graduation or post-graduation (Any field)
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Customer Service support
- Recent experience of 2+ years in US Customer Service support, preferably in the night shift.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems
- Flexibility to work for shift change as per business requirement.
