Public Relation Officer

As a PRO, you will be responsible for maintaining long-term relationships with our customers by providing exceptional service and support. You will serve as a point of contact for customers, answering their questions, addressing their concerns, and providing them with information about our products and services. Additionally, you will work closely with our team to recommend products and services to customers that are tailored to their needs and preferences. You will also be responsible for collecting and analyzing customer feedback to help improve our products and services. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to build trust with customers quickly. You should also be able to think critically and make informed recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹12,000.00 per month
