**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and students.
- Handle inbound inquiries related to overseas education and immigration services.
- Provide information about our services and answer any questions.
- Follow up with leads and maintain records in the system.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 6 months of telecalling or customer service experience preferred.
- Fresher with good English communication are welcome.
- Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic computer skills.
