**Job Title: Architect**

**Experience: 3-6 years**

**Location**: Thane

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, needs, and budget constraints.
- Develop conceptual designs and present them to clients for feedback and approval.
- Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that designs are feasible and meet building codes and regulations.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from initial concept to final construction.
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and monitor construction progress.
- Review and approve shop drawings, material samples, and other submittals.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff members.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture from an accredited institution.
- Licensed architect with [insert number] years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
- Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity, innovation, and technical proficiency.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
