**Job Description**:
Join BlockVerse Technologies as a Field Sales Executive and leverage your expertise in school management software to drive adoption and sales of our cutting-edge solution. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base within the education sector and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate leads within the education sector, including schools, colleges, and educational organizations, through targeted outreach and networking.
2. Client Acquisition: Develop relationships with decision-makers in educational institutions, understand their administrative challenges, and position our School Management Software as the ideal solution.
3. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate target markets, drive sales pipeline growth, and achieve revenue targets.
4. Product Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of our School Management Software, its features, and benefits, to effectively communicate its value proposition to prospective clients.
5. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
6. Market Analysis: Stay informed about trends and developments in the education sector, including regulatory changes and emerging technologies, to identify new opportunities and threats.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with specific experience in selling school management software or related educational technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of the education sector, including administrative processes and challenges faced by educational institutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work autonomously.
- Willingness to travel within the India and internationally as needed.
