**JOB DESCRIPTION FOR COMMIS 1**:
**1. Food Preparation and Cooking**:

- Assist in the preparation, cooking, and garnishing of continental dishes according to the menu and company standards.
- Measure, cut, and prepare ingredients as instructed by senior chefs.
- Ensure consistency in food taste, portioning, and presentation.
- Prepare basic sauces, salads, and appetizers when required.

**2. Kitchen Operations Support**:

- Keep the workstation and kitchen tools clean, organized, and sanitized.
- Assist with stock rotation and notify the chef of any low-stock items.
- Follow daily prep lists and ensure all ingredients are ready for service.

**3. Food Safety and Hygiene**:

- Comply with health and safety regulations, including HACCP protocols.
- Store raw and cooked food properly to avoid contamination.
- Maintain high personal hygiene and cleanliness standards in the kitchen.

**4. Collaboration and Learning**:

- Work closely with the Head Chef, Sous Chef, and other kitchen team members to ensure smooth service.
- Attend kitchen briefings and participate in training sessions to enhance skills.
- Assist with menu trials and food tastings for new dishes.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
