**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training and Development**:

- Design and deliver comprehensive fencing training programs for beginner to advanced-level athletes.
- Teach technical skills, strategies, and rules of fencing (Foil, Épée, and Sabre).
- Conduct regular practice sessions to improve athletes' skills, agility, and overall performance.
- **Athlete Performance Management**:

- Monitor athletes’ progress through assessments and performance reviews.
- Develop personalized improvement plans and prepare athletes for state, national, and international competitions.
- **Mentorship and Motivation**:

- Build strong relationships with athletes, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Promote a positive and disciplined environment to foster teamwork and sportsmanship.
- **Event and Competition Management**:

- Plan and oversee participation in inter-school, district, state, and national-level fencing tournaments.
- Collaborate with school management to arrange in-house competitions and events.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure proper use and maintenance of fencing equipment.
- Uphold safety standards during practice and competitions to prevent injuries.
- Stay updated on the latest techniques, strategies, and advancements in fencing.

**Qualifications and Skills Required**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field.
- Certification in Fencing Coaching from a recognized sports federation or authority.
- Proven experience of **2+ years** as a Fencing Coach, preferably in a school or professional setup.
- Knowledge of international fencing rules and regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for coaching and mentoring young athletes.
