**Position Overview**:
As a Store Incharge, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of store. Your primary goal will be to directly support project management group by ensuring timely delivery and collection of stores. You also have to forecast and optimize requirements for project management and exercise budgetory controls.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Oversee all aspects of store operations, including opening and closing procedures and security measures.

2. Ensure the store is well-organized and properly stocked at all times.

3. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain operational efficiency.

4. Maintaining inventory actions and proper documentation for inward and outward action.

5. Check items for its serviceability and take actions for its purchase.

6. Devise methods for realtime asset management and tracking.

7. Set performance targets and provide feedback.

8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:
1. Previous experience in construction industry in similar role is preferred for minimum 3 yrs.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

4. Degree in any discipline or a related field.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
