Process Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
- **Order Management**:
- Process incoming orders efficiently.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate order records and documentation.
- **Sales Follow-up**:
- Communicate with the sales team to understand customer requirements.
- Follow up on sales inquiries and provide necessary support.
- Assist in resolving customer issues or complaints related to orders.
- **Accounts Coordination**:
- Collaborate with the accounts department for invoice processing and payment follow-ups.
- Ensure accurate billing and timely collection of payments.
- **Purchase Support**:
- Assist in procurement activities by coordinating with vendors and the purchasing team.
- Maintain purchase records and track delivery schedules.
- **Factory Liaison**:
- Coordinate with the production team to schedule order manufacturing.
- Monitor production progress and communicate any delays or issues.
- **Warehouse Management**:
- Oversee inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for order picking, packing, and dispatch.
- **Transportation Coordination**:
- Arrange transportation for outgoing orders.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
- **Delivery Oversight**:
- Monitor delivery schedules and track shipments.
- Address any delivery-related issues or concerns.
**Skills Required**:
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience working with Google Sheets for collaborative work and documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
