- Develop and maintain the visual identity of the company across all marketing collateral, including but not limited to logos, brochures, presentations, signage, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and create designs that effectively communicate brand messaging, values, and objectives.
- Ensure consistency and coherence in design elements and brand guidelines across all company materials and touchpoints.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and branding, and recommend innovative ideas and strategies to enhance the company's visual presence.
- Work closely with external vendors, printers, and other partners to ensure high-quality production and implementation of design materials.

**Social Media**:

- Create visually engaging and on-brand content for social media platforms, including but not limited to graphics, illustrations, animations, and videos.
- Collaborate with the admin and HR team to develop content calendars and strategies that align with brand objectives, target audience preferences, and platform trends.
- Optimize designs for various social media platforms and formats, ensuring maximum impact and engagement.
- Monitor social media channels for visual trends, user-generated content, and competitor activities, and incorporate insights into design decisions and content creation.
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to integrate social media content into broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and impactful designs across various mediums.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and composition.
- Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate concepts and ideas into compelling visual designs.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and consistency in design execution.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and trends, with an understanding of how visual content drives engagement and interaction.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, while maintaining high-quality standards.
