_Job Title: _**Food Order Taker**_
- **Position Summary**:_
We are looking for a dynamic FOT who will be the first point of contact for our guests. The responsibilities include receiving orders through call managements system, punch the orders, maintain order records in the system and provide excellent customer priority services.
- Break shift timings**:10:30 AM to 3:30 PM and 6:30 PM to 11:30 PM.**
- **Duties and responsibilities**:_

1. Greet the customers on call with a warm, positive, friendly, and exuberant attitude.

2. Copperleaf’s main goal is to provide its customers quality services, make this a goal, learn and grow to the set standard.

3. Take food orders through phone and other means.

4. Punch the orders into the POS.

5. Collaborate with the cooking team to provide best services.

6. Customers are our priority: Coordinate and assist the customers, suggesting/recommending food based on their needs.

7. Be a resourceful part of Copperleaf team and work towards increasing revenue through proper call management.

8. Provide the best tele-calling experience to the customers.

9. Patience is the key: convince the toughest of the client to place the order.

10. Answering calls and resolving queries of customers.

11. Posing questions to comprehend client necessities and close sales.

12. Function as the host/hostess of the restaurant in absence of staff.

13. Flexibly work in a continuous schedule of day, night, and holidays if situation demands.

14. Perform smaller tasks to assist and help other personnel and work as a team.

**Requirements**:
1. Should have good communication skills and listening skills.

2. Should be fluent in English and Hindi (Konkani and Marathi are also preferred).

3. Good knowledge of computer programs (Microsoft Office and POS systems) and other telephone systems

4. Ability to switch communication styles as per the customers requirement.

5. Proficient in Research and record-keeping skills.

6. Outstanding negotiation skills to resolve issues and address complaints.

7. Ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.

8. Ability to respond quickly in a dynamic and changing environment.

9. Must demonstrate strong knowledge of F&B and food delivery business.

10. Should have problem resolving ability and convincing skills.

11. Should be able to work as per restaurant timings i.e. 10:30 AM to 3:30 PM and 6:30 PM to 11:30 PM.
- Food and accommodation will be provided

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
