SCCM Architect

Location: India

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Our team is seeking an SCCM Architect to play a crucial role in designing and implementing solutions for managing and securing endpoints across our organization. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing user experiences, optimizing device management, and ensuring data protection. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and operations, to create robust end-user device strategies.

**Responsibilities**:
Solution Design and Implementation:

- Develop and implement UEM solutions based on business requirements, industry best practices, and security standards.

Device Lifecycle Management:

- Manage the entire lifecycle of devices, from provision to retirement.
- Automate device enrollment, configuration, and patch management.
- Ensure seamless user experiences during device transitions.

Application Management:
User Experience Enhancement:

- Collaborate with end-users to understand their needs and pain points.
- Implement self-service portals and personalized experiences.
- Continuously improve user satisfaction with end-user device services.

Infrastructure Optimization:

- Evaluate and recommend hardware, software, and network components for end-user devices.
- Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of end-user devices infrastructure.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an end-user devices Architect or similar role.
- Strong understanding of end-user devices platforms (SCCM, Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Windows, etc.).
- Familiarity with security protocols, encryption, and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator) are a plus.

**Skills**:**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in end-user devices tools and technologies.
- Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM).
- Scripting skills (PowerShell) for automation.
- Cloud integration experience (Azure, AWS, etc.).

**Soft Skills**:

- Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Project management and organizational abilities.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn.

- Cloud Integration experience AWS/Azure: 1 year (preferred)
- SCCM: 8 years (preferred)
