Position: Sales Representative for Psychiatry Hospital
Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Sales and Business Development: Identify and engage with potential clients, including mental health professionals, physicians, therapists, counselors, and other healthcare providers to promote and sell our psychiatry hospital's services.
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with mental health practitioners, community organizations, and referral sources to generate leads and expand the hospital's network of potential patients.
- Product Presentation and Education: Conduct presentations, workshops, and training sessions for healthcare professionals and community partners to showcase the comprehensive mental health programs and services available at our psychiatry hospital.
- Market Research: Stay updated on the mental health industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in mental health regulations to develop effective sales strategies and stay competitive in the market.
- Sales Target Achievement: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve or exceed assigned admission and revenue targets, contributing to the overall growth of the psychiatry hospital.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service and support to healthcare professionals, referral sources, and potential patients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing information about our psychiatry hospital's services.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams to align strategies, identify marketing opportunities, and contribute to the development of marketing materials to promote the psychiatry hospital's services.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline using our designated CRM system.
- Attend Conferences and Events: Represent the psychiatry hospital at mental health conferences, workshops, and community events to network with potential clients and raise awareness about our services.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all company policies, healthcare regulations, and ethical standards while conducting sales activities.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field. A background in mental health or healthcare may be advantageous.
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative in the mental health or healthcare industry, preferably with experience in psychiatric hospital services.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and active listening skills.
- Strong understanding of mental health services, psychiatric care, and related healthcare terminology.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships with mental health professionals and referral sources.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and able to connect with individuals experiencing mental health challenges.
- Adaptability to work in a sensitive and emotionally demanding sales environment.
**Salary**
- Anywhere between Rs 15,000/- to 20,000/
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
