- AP Helpdesk involves every activity involved in resolving the Internal/External queries with proper communications with internal team or business or supplier as per requirement to enhance the Customer satisfaction._

- Responsibilities_
- _Experience of SAP and knowledge of basic SAP T-codes_
- _Knowledge of Invoice Processing/Payments (AP towers) to resolve the queries efficiently_
- _Good Communication skills to convey the clear, effective, efficient message to the requesters in Helpdesk_
- _Work and proper communication with Supplier/Vendor/Client/internal teams to resolve and handle queries_
- _Adhere the internal compliance policy and guideline established by the management on their daily operational activities_
- _Convey information efficiently, effectively, and appropriately to meet the needs of the customer._
- _Collaborate with teammates and initiate ideas with management to identify, design, and implement process improvements for greater efficiency and effectiveness._
- _Maintain a tracker of the exceptions and ensure Invoices / queries are handled taking based on the exception tracker_
- _Maintain exception logs for process related exception as and when they occur for knowledge retention_
- _Train junior members of staff._
- _Keep up to date with trends and innovations, regulation and new technology that can impact on the business_
- _Vendor Statement reconciliation_
