**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- **Educational Background**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience in teaching or training DSA, preferably in an academic setting such as colleges or universities.
- Demonstrated ability to explain complex concepts in an understandable and engaging manner.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Strong command of data structures (arrays, linked lists, trees, graphs, hash tables, etc.) and algorithms (sorting, searching, dynamic programming, etc.).
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages commonly used in DSA, such as Java, C++, Python, or similar.
- **Certifications (Preferred but Not Mandatory)**:

- Certifications in computer science education, DSA, or related areas can be advantageous.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate students.
- Patience, adaptability, and a passion for teaching and mentoring.
- **Additional Requirements**:

- Availability to conduct onsite training sessions as per the college’s schedule.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a freelance capacity.
- Professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to maintaining a positive learning environment.

**Expected Outcomes**:

- Enhanced understanding of data structures and algorithms among students.
- Improved problem-solving and coding skills applicable to academic projects and industry practices.
- Increased student engagement and interest in computer science disciplines.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance
