- Experience in CFS and warehouse operations
- Knowledge in Logistics Management, Customer Service, Transportation Operation, Warehousing Operation, Record Management and Distribution.
- CHA - Clearing process knowledge is must
- Closely follow up with the customer service team to close daily retrieval and timely submission of reports to the customer.
- Demonstrate teamwork in cross-functional teams to resolve issues mingling with Air and Sea operations and deliver breakthrough improvements consistently with best demonstrated practices.
- H card is must

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Consistent & prompt communication with CSE and Operation Manager
- Provide presentable communications with clients and customer and provide them the desired level of service in answering their queries.
- Perform filing and documentation issues as prescribed for them, and provide with vital assistance in keep records and following up status for under-processing shipments.
- Follows procedures of reporting on performance, budgets and other reports required from time to time to the CSE / Immediate operation supervisor/ Direct Manager
- Organize and coordinate the formalities regarding the clearing of cargo or shipments at the port.

**Key Skills**
3 - 8 years, CHA, Freight forwarding, Any degree, DG Cargo, Clearance, AQ, PQ, Direct port experience, H Card

**Required Experience and Qualifications**
- Any degree
- Proactive person
- H card holder
