**Job Title**: Inside Sales Specialist

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to prospective customers interested in our sleep products and solutions.
- Build rapport and develop a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements. -Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value propositions of our sleep products to potential customers.
- Utilize persuasive sales techniques to convert leads into sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Provide accurate product information, pricing details, and delivery options to customers.
- Guide customers through the purchasing process, including order placement, payment, and after-sales support.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals closed using our CRM software.
- Stay updated with industry developments and participate in regular sales training sessions.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a tele sales representative or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and principles.
- Experience in the sleep industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferre
**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
