**Job Summary**

Job Title - Asst BIM Coordinator

Location - Ahmedabad

**Responsibilities**:

- Expertise in shop drawings, clash detection, coordination, parametric families, parameters/filters/view setup, and understanding installation and construction processes for MEP elements/items.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of MEP-focused BIM models for assigned projects.
- Ability to create Revit work sets and understand the Revit work-sharing process.
- Collaboration using BIM 360 for effective project coordination.
- Develop BIM models for MEP services from the design stage to the as-built stage, coordinating with all other services.
- Independently produce Revit plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, etc.
- Should have Knowledge of basic Revit plug-ins.
- Ability to Work under pressure, respect deadlines, and communicate effectively in English with clients.
- Assist in the training and mentoring of junior staff on BIM best practices.
- Manage the flow of project information between the team and the client through regular meetings and written communication.

**Qualifications**:

- BE/B. Tech degree in Engineering from an institute of repute or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience in MEP-focused BIM coordination or related role.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks, Revitzo,
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, BIM processes, standards, and workflows.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Should be a good team member and should coordinate with other team members and the project manager for timely delivery of project.
