- Managing and coordinating all placement activities for Karnataka region, including student training and employer engagement.
- Liaising with companies to understand their recruitment needs and aligning student profiles accordingly.
- Organizing and scheduling interviews, campus recruitment drives, and job fairs.
- Providing guidance and counseling to students on interview preparation and career opportunities.
- Maintaining updated records of student placements and industry partnerships.
- Ensuring timely communication and feedback between employers, students, and the institution.
- Traveling to assigned branches as needed to support placement activities.
- Assisting in the development of placement materials, including resumes, cover letters, and student portfolios.
- Reporting directly to the Placement Manager.

**Position Requirements**:

- Qualification: Any degree.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant field.
- Skills: Excellent presentation skills, confidence, and the ability to engage with both students and employers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,515.84 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
