**Key Responsibilities**:
**Market Expansion**: Identify and develop new international markets for our products/services. Research and analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to tailor sales strategies accordingly.

**Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing international clients while actively seeking opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and provide exceptional customer service. Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.

**New Business Development**: Identify and prospect potential international clients through various channels, including trade shows, networking events, cold calling, and digital platforms. Create compelling pitches and presentations to showcase the value of our products/services.

**Sales Quotas**: Set and achieve ambitious sales targets and quotas for assigned international regions. Monitor sales metrics and performance indicators, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure consistent success.

**Negotiation and Deal Closure**: Lead negotiations with international clients, addressing concerns, objections, and contract terms. Secure new business deals and contracts while ensuring favorable terms for the company.

**Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience and incorporate market feedback into product/service enhancements.

**Market Intelligence**: Keep abreast of global industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities. Utilize this information to refine sales approaches and stay ahead of the competition.

**Reporting and Analysis**: Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses. Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and strategic adjustments.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in international sales, with a minimum of [X] years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and potentially additional languages.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports.

- International travel may be required, depending on business needs.
