Land Superintendent

Formwork knowledge is highly required.
- Experience in Plank erection, deck slab casting, gallery wall casting & floor slab casting.
- Need to check the endorsed drawings and executing the same as per the daily program.
- Coordinating with Sub contractor workmen & supervisor to complete the daily target.
- With available resources need to create Work front is need to and plan to execute the work.
- Utilizing the equipment and manpower with productivity.
- Good relationship should be maintain with client and stakeholders.
- Timely monitoring the consumable material and high value material and utilizing effectively.
- Billing Certification of Subcontractors and Vendors in regular basis.
- Co-ordination of E&M team for interface activities
- Ensuring that the Company maintains high standards of quality in the services.
- The safety stranded should be maintained.
- The monthly target is need to be achieved.
