ob Title: Telemarketing Representative

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic telemarketing representative to join our farm consumer goods company. The telemarketing representative will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers through phone calls. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Job Responsibilities:

- Contact potential customers through phone calls to introduce and promote our farm consumer goods products
- Answer customer inquiries about our products, prices, and delivery options
- Provide customers with information about product features, benefits, and uses
- Close sales deals and achieve sales targets
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's database
- Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new sales leads and opportunities

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in business or marketing preferred
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to persuade and close sales deals over the phone
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build customer relationships
- Basic computer skills and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting sales targets
- Familiarity with the farm consumer goods industry is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹7,500.00 - ₹27,825.87 per month
