Architect (B.arch)

We are excited to announce a job opportunity at Gold Line Architects, a leading architectural consultation and construction assistance firm. We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team in the roles of Architect and CAD Designer.

**Position 1**: _Architect_

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their architectural requirements and develop design solutions.
- Prepare architectural drawings, plans, and blueprints using industry-standard software.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure successful project completion.
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and provide guidance as needed.
- Maintain effective communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Architecture or related field.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, codes, and regulations.
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop** and other relevant design software.
- Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
- 0-2 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Able to relocate to North Lakhimpur, Assam.

**Position 2**: _CAD Designer_

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop detailed CAD drawings and models based on architectural plans and specifications.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure accurate representation of design intent.
- Conduct quality checks on CAD drawings to maintain consistency and accuracy.
- Assist in the coordination of project documentation and deliverables.
- Stay updated with the latest CAD software and tools.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other CAD software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality drawings.
- Good understanding of architectural and construction terminology.
- 0-2 years of experience in CAD drafting or related roles.
