**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Communicate with the team members on smaller issues and help solve small tasks.
- Help Project Managers with post-launch inquiries and working with appropriate team members such as Developers / Marketers to execute Post-Launch Support.
- Understand client requirements and help in troubleshooting.
- Help Plan Support Initiative and execute those tasks on a monthly and recurring basis.
- They will be the Point of Contract for our Support Manager, Mo, and help execute general issues that come up with any clients that are part of our Support Program.
- Should be able to support and communicate with the USA Team and Clients directly.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication and fluency in English is a must.
- Must be familiar with coding basics (HTML, CSS)
- Must know how to use Google Suite Apps (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc)
- Experience with Help Desk / Support in any of the following: Web Development / eCommerce (Premium), Software Development / Applications.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Must be able to quickly resolve issues and execute / plan / delegate promptly.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
