Our mission is to help our clients build strength, power, and resilience to improve their performance and prevent injuries. We offer both in-person and virtual training programs tailored to the unique needs of each athlete.

**Job Title: Strength and Conditioning Expert**

**Role Description**

We are seeking an experienced Strength and Conditioning Coach to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Designing and delivering comprehensive S&C programs for our clients, including runners and cyclists of all levels
- Coaching clients one-on-one and in small group settings, both in-person and virtually
- Assessing client movement patterns, strength, and fitness levels to create individualized training plans
- Educating clients on proper exercise technique, program design, and the importance of S&C for endurance sports
- Staying up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in strength training for endurance athletes

This is a **part-time and on-site role** located in Bengaluru for AthStrong Centre.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in Strength and Conditioning
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Strength and Conditioning Coach, preferably with endurance athletes
- Excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire clients.
- Strong knowledge of exercise science, biomechanics, and program design for runners and cyclists
- Passion for helping athletes achieve their goals and a commitment to continuing education.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 18 per week
