Job description What your day would look like: - Organising programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization. - Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization. - Creating and managing long-term goals. - Diagnosing and resolving technical issues. - Overseeing product deployment and integration. - Be a single point of contact for clients, business development team, product team and tech team for project progress. - Track multiple project tasks to proactively anticipate problems, while always maintaining a solution orientation and a well-balanced perspective around risks and escalations. - Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate, and make trade-offs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints. - Identify, assess, track and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels.
