**Your Impact**:
**What You'll Do**:

- Work with the internal Deal Desk and Vendor Desk teams to help bring closure to pending customer and vendor transactions
- Collaborate with leaders of multiple departments (primarily in the UK and the USA) for each transaction
- Negotiate with customers and vendors to help close transactions
- Assist with structuring each transaction and propose solutions based on the needs of the internal department and Company objectives
- Participate in Legal Department initiatives to build out the team's resources and accept ownership of various components of those initiatives
- Support a cooperative environment within the Legal Department and help to identify and solve potential problems that could cause issues for our clients or our reviewers
- Take part in Legal Department communications with Company personnel in the form of office hours, training, and related outreaches
- Adapt your work schedule to support global customer and vendor engagements in various time zones (primarily in the USA and UK)

**Who You Are**:

- 6+ years of commercial and privacy contracting experience under United Kingdom, European, United States, and APAC laws at a recognized law firm or technology company
- Strong understanding of software and technology contracting and negotiating customer contracts
- Strong understanding of procurement strategies and negotiating vendor contracts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple fast-moving projects at a given time
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with an analytical approach to provide commercial and legal solutions to internal clients
- Known for your attention to detail, strong organization and client-service orientation skills
- Focused on fostering a strong, inclusive team environment and culture, where questions are encouraged and diversity celebrated
- Law degree from a recognized Indian university or equivalent

**Even Better If You Have...**:

- LLM from US University
- Working knowledge of Spanish or German
- Experience with Indian labor and employment law
