Financial Market Trading in one form or another is fundamental to almost all the world's economic activities. We specialize in the proprietary trading in equities, equities indices, derivatives-futures and options and much more, electronically on financial exchanges.

We make use of advanced data analytics and extensive research to drive profitable decision making. Technology and risk management form the backbone of our business.

Currently, we are focused on building a team to trade in equities, indices and their derivatives products in NSE and BSE. We are looking to hire talented individuals either fresher or who have prior experiences trading in Indian exchanges like NSE and BSE and have traded options’ derivative based strategies. Any experience should be backed by proofs and PL sheets.

**Responsibilities**
- Trading independently or with senior team.
- Support the trading decisions of the traders through the provision of timely analysis and market monitoring.
- Perform research into various aspects of the Indian Financial market mainly stocks and equity indices.

**Our Hiring Process**

During the Training Program, you will work on real-life tasks and situations with other members of the trading and technical team. The goal is to enable you to learn as much as possible within the period while giving you the opportunity to shine in an area tailored to your strengths. You are also evaluated for cultural fit, aptitude, and your ability to work with others.

Those passing the probation period of 6 months will be offered a full-time role on the Achintya Securities Pvt. Ltd.

**Job Location**:
The role will be based in our Head office in Noida.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
