**A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE ROLE AND TEAM**

We are looking to recruit an experienced Campaign Coordinator in the newly formed marketing team working with our global fashion client. The Traffic Manager ensures the account is resourced in an accurate and timely manner, ultimately matching skills to confirmed requirements to achieve high utilisation across the global and regional teams. Using propriety software to help drive regional efficiencies.

**WHAT IS REQUIRED**:

- Works in close contact with the Campaign Coordinator in other sites relevant to the client to ensure effective resource management across all sites and pulling the weekly utilisation reports using Oliver’s OMG platform
- Builds strong and mutually beneficial relationships will all discipline leads to correctly identify/assign appropriate team member(s) per client brief
- Responsible for allocating and monitoring on-site resource between business units
- Working with regional and HQ-based resource team members to provide movement of resources across on-sites/HQs when required
- Knowledge of the contractual core team, assisting predictions of resource requirements & maximum spend that will ensure margin management
- Ownership of skill-set matrix for members of staff in designated area/on-site
- Maintain network of direct/reliable short-term support staff in localised areas
- Identify and resolve any potential resource conflicts and resolving/ or escalate to Campaign Partner prior to a crisis occurring
- Understanding and ensuring client specific contract terms are adhered to
- Seeks new opportunities for client resource management within the scope of Oliver’s capabilities
- Successfully manages client expectations on the delivery of design and artwork jobs, always upholding the provision of excellent customer service
- Receives new briefs from clients, raises job numbers and ensures the correct Campaign Partner is informed, based on the team structure and brief triage process
- A full understanding of print, digital and moving image terminology

**WHAT GOOD LOOKS LIKE**:

- Excellent organisational and communication skills, including attention to detail
- Comfortable booking and managing resource in studio settings with high-volume, fast-paced work
- The ability to multitask effectively and deal with constant requests and changes
- The understanding of agency and account processes
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Experience dealing directly with clients
- Encourages others and demonstrates good leadership skills in cross-discipline, multi-level team
- Challenges convention by exploring alternatives
- Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and willing to learn the key skills for running a business
- 3 years of relevant experience in: Digital, Print, Motion Graphics, Web Design, UX-UI, Artwork, Production, and Automation Process
