**Position Overview**:
Codvo is seeking a talented and experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join our innovative and dynamic design team. As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and visual design of our innovative products and services. Your creative vision and expertise will contribute to creating exceptional and intuitive user interfaces that reflect Codvo's commitment to simplicity, elegance, and user-centered design.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** User-Centered Design**:
Lead the conceptualization and execution of user-centered design solutions that address user needs, business goals, and technological capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to define and refine design strategies and concepts.
- ** Visual Design**:
Create visually stunning and consistent user interfaces that adhere to clients’ design principles, aesthetic, and brand guidelines.
- Produce high-fidelity designs, mock-ups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design intent and interaction concepts.
- ** Interaction Design**:
Design and define user interactions and behaviours through intuitive and seamless interfaces.
- Develop user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to illustrate user journeys and interface behaviours.
- Utilize prototyping skills to bring design concepts to life, enabling the team to visualize and refine user interactions.
- Create interactive prototypes that highlight design concepts, facilitating user testing and design validation.
**Design Leadership**:

- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, sharing best practices and helping them grow in their design careers.
- Collaborate with other senior designers and stakeholders to influence design direction, ensuring a cohesive and compelling user experience across Codvo's products.
- Advocate for responsive SaaS designs, ensuring that designs are adaptable across various devices and screen sizes.
- ** User Research and Testing**:
Collaborate with users, stakeholders to gather insights, validate design decisions, and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
- Participate in usability testing and other user research activities to validate design concepts and gather insights for continuous improvement.
- Leverage user feedback and testing results to refine and enhance design solutions.

**Innovation and Trends**:

- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations to keep Codvo's design approaches innovative and relevant.
- Integrate Android design guidelines into the design process, ensuring a seamless experience for users across both iOS and Android platforms.
- Push the boundaries of design thinking and innovation, advocating for innovative ideas and approaches that enhance user experiences.
**Documentation**:
Create comprehensive design documentation, including design specifications, guidelines, and assets, to ensure consistent implementation across development teams.
- Collaborate with developers to provide clear design guidance and support during the implementation phase.
- ** User Journeys and Flowcharts**:
Develop user journeys and flowcharts to visualize and communicate the user experience from end to end.
- Create clear and concise diagrams that outline user interactions, decision points, and touchpoints throughout the user journey.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- A portfolio highlighting a strong body of work, including examples of user-centered design solutions, visual design, and interaction design for digital products.
- Extensive experience (typically 5+ years) in UX/UI design, with a proven record of accomplishment of designing successful and user-friendly products.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of Apple and Android design principles, user-centered design methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent prototyping skills to create interactive and dynamic prototypes for user testing and design validation.
- Familiarity with Android design guidelines to ensure a consistent and platform-specific user experience.
- Experience in designing responsive SaaS interfaces that seamlessly adapt to different devices and screen sizes.
- Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to create clear and comprehensive design specifications, user journeys, and flowcharts.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.
