**Chef de Partie (Continental Cuisine)**

Job Description;

Responsibilities;
- Thoroughly prepare and cook Continental dishes with attention to detail, flavor and presentation while following established recipes and maintaining quality standards.
- Supervise a designated kitchen station, which could include sauce, grill, pastry or other specific areas.
- Collaborate closely with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production during service.
- Provide training and guidance to chefs and kitchen apprentices by sharing knowledge and techniques.
- Contribute to the creation and refinement of menu items inspired by Continental cuisine for the restaurant.
- Keep track of ingredient inventory levels for your section and promptly communicate any shortages or needs to the Sous Chef.
- Maintain proper food storage practices handle ingredients correctly and follow sanitation procedures in your area.
- Ensure that your station is clean organized, properly equipped and all necessary prep work (mise, en place) is completed.
- Play a role, in the creation of the menu by offering concepts, seasonal recipes and creative ways to present dishes. Engage actively in fostering an cooperative ambiance, within the kitchen.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
