Customer Service Executive

Minimum one year of **International Voice Experience (mandatory).**
**Role Introduction**:
- Provide Superior Customer Experience on Calls to Customers, explaining the products and services offered by the company.
- Generating new leads for the Business Development Team.
- Coordinating with sales teams and leaders to understand their sales requirements.
- Follow up with the sales team to ensure the closure of sales.
- Creating daily calling and sales reports on Hubspot CRM.
- Understanding potential segments to generate more leads for calling purposes ensures maximum conversion.
- Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant information to enrich the data.
- Asking questions to customers and understanding their specifications.
- Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
- Taking and professionally processing product orders.
- Maintaining the customer database on a regular basis.
**Requirements**:
- Previous sales while providing top-notch customer service background Strong
- Interpersonal, communication and listening skills.
- Excellent verbal communication.
- Customer-focused, with a strong ability to resolve customer issues.
- Demonstrated dependability/self-motivating skills. Change management ability.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment as well as independently.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
- Should know to use **HubSpot CRM (mandatory)**:
- Being able to understand and speak Hindi and Tamil is a plus.
