As a Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate and high-quality nursing care to patients within our healthcare facility. You will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to assess patient needs, develop care plans, administer medications, and ensure the overall well-being of patients under your care.

Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care:
Perform comprehensive nursing assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized care plans.

Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians.

Monitor patient vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatment, and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.

Provide wound care, assist with mobility, and ensure patient comfort and safety.

Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care practices.

Documentation and Recordkeeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including nursing assessments, care plans, and medication administration records.

Document patient progress, interventions, and outcomes according to established protocols and regulatory standards.

Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and support staff to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of services.

Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing emotional support, answering questions, and addressing concerns.

Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, case conferences, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care outcomes.

Compliance and Safety:
Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations governing nursing practice, patient care, and healthcare facility operations.

Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients, staff, and visitors, following infection control protocols and safety guidelines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹39,300.20 per month
