Assistant Nursing Superintendent

Education: BSc Nursing / P.BSc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing

Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of experience at 100 bedded hospital, teaching hospital experience preferred

Key Role & Responsibilities:
1. Makes regular rounds of the department and sees the general safety and cleanliness

2. The person in charge of ensuring that the nursing operations at the hospital run smoothly.

3. Entrusted with the role of recruiting nursing professionals and care attendants, hiring them, counselling them, and developing their professional skills.

4. In cooperation with the Management staff, the Medical Superintendent, the Administrator, and the heads of any other relevant departments are responsible for the rapid resolution of any operational concerns that may arise.

5. Compilation of management information systems and reports, as well as timely submission of those materials to the appropriate authorities, is the responsibility of this position.

6. The individual in charge of developing and carrying out standardized operating procedures for the nursing department.

7. Responsible for ensuring that the standards of the NMC and Quality accreditation are met at all times.

8. The nursing staff should participate in educational training programs as well as nursing orientation programs that are run by a team of nursing educators.

9. To perform additional duties as assigned by the management in the best interest of the institution.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
