**Job description**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Excel Data Entry**:
Proficiently enter and manage data in Excel spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Utilize advanced Excel functions for data analysis and reporting purposes.

**Documentation for Delivery Purpose**:
Prepare and maintain necessary documentation for the delivery of goods or services.

Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure seamless and on-time deliveries.

Ensure timely responses to inquiries and provide necessary information.

**GST Filing**:
Assist in the preparation and filing of Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns.

Stay updated on GST regulations and compliance requirements.

**E-way Bill and E-Invoice**:
Generate and manage E-way bills for shipments.

Handle the issuance and processing of E-invoices in compliance with regulatory standards.

**Billing Customers or Vendors**:
Generate accurate invoices for customers or vendors.

Coordinate with finance and sales teams to resolve any billing discrepancies.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience in data entry, documentation, and back-office operations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant office software.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Knowledge of GST regulations and experience in E-way bill and E-invoice processes.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
