Key Responsibilities:
Learning and Training:Undergo comprehensive training in the company's policies, procedures, and regulations related to pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality control, and research and development.
Participate in workshops and seminars to enhance your knowledge of pharmaceutical sciences and gain exposure to advanced industry practices.
Research and Development Support:Assist senior researchers and scientists in conducting experiments, analyzing data, and interpreting results to support ongoing research and development projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the development of new pharmaceutical products or improve existing ones.
Quality Control and Assurance:Learn about the company's quality control processes and assist in conducting tests and inspections of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Assist in documenting and maintaining accurate records of quality control activities.
Regulatory Compliance:Gain an understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and guidelines, such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and support the team in ensuring compliance with these standards.
Assist in preparing documentation for regulatory submissions and audits.
Production Support:Work closely with manufacturing teams to understand the production processes and assist in the production of pharmaceutical products.
Participate in activities related to batch record review and manufacturing documentation.
Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance:Learn about adverse drug reaction reporting and pharmacovigilance practices to contribute to the safety evaluation of pharmaceutical products.
Continuous Learning and Development:Stay updated with advancements in pharmaceutical sciences, industry trends, and regulatory changes through self-study and continuous learning.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
