Location: Ariyamangalam, Trichy, Tamil Nadu (No Remote - Only Work from Office from Day 1 onwards)
Work days : Monday to Friday (5 days a week)
Shift Timing : 6.30 PM to 4 AM IST

Strong knowledge on H1B visa bench sale

Strong vendor management skills, good connect with vendors

Experience partnering and influencing senior hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle

Responsible for marketing IT Bench Consultants (H1B, GC, US Citizen & OPT ) with Tier1 vendors.

Understanding of positions, compensation, techniques and methodologies

Develop & Maintain new vendor contacts, build network relations across the IT industry using social networking sites such as LinkedIn.
