**Duties**:

- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students
- Assess student progress and provide feedback on their academic performance
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement educational programs
- Ensure the safety and well-being of students, including monitoring their behavior and addressing any disciplinary issues
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress and any concerns

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge and expertise in Poetry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with students of different backgrounds and abilities
- Organizational skills to plan lessons, manage classroom activities, and keep track of student records
- Flexibility to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
- Ability to create a positive learning environment that promotes student engagement and participation.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the relevant field.

2. Certification or formal training in mentoring, coaching, or teaching.

3. Familiarity with mentoring tools, software, or platforms for remote mentoring sessions.

Your stipend will be approximately 20,000-30,000 INR and can increase as per your skills and experience in the field.

Note: Experience in educational institutes and tutoring is a plus.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
