Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of student records.
Handling document verification and maintaining proper documentation for enrolled students.
**Appointment Scheduling**:

Managing calendars and ensuring effective communication with students regarding scheduled appointments.
**Follow-up and Feedback**:

**Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**:

Collaborating with other staff members to ensure a seamless flow of information and support for students.
**Coordination with Other Departments**:
Collaborating with academic departments, admissions, and other relevant units to ensure smooth coordination of administrative processes.
Providing necessary information to different departments for better decision-making.
**Adherence to Policies and Procedures**:
Ensuring compliance with the institute's policies and procedures related to admissions, documentation, and data management.
**Achieving Targets and Reporting**:
Meeting or exceeding targets related to enrolment and telecalling.
Generating reports on telecalling activities, enrollment statistics, and other relevant metrics.
