Back Office Executive

1. Checking the Sales / Purchase bill as in terms of applicable Taxes
2. Entry of Purchase, Sales bill in Excel
3. Petty Cash Management ( Arranging the required fund, Voucher preparation)
4. Explain accounting policies to staff, vendors and clients
5. Preparation of MIS report
6. Fixed Asset Register Maintenance(office inventory)
7. Payment follow-ups with our clients
8. Top 10 Sale/Purchase Ledger Confirmation
9. Receive and file incoming letters, documents.
10. Supply and manage office equipment, machines or properties to office and manufactures, kitchen utilities.
11. Schedule meeting if any.
12. Welcome/Receive visitors relating to work; arrange Water /Tea/Coffees for Guest as required.
13. Manage administrative department, maintain a safe and secure work environment.
14. Maintain office efficiency, plan and implement office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
15. Ensure rules and procedures in place regarding working hours, lunch, office closure and communications about security.
16. Prepare financial plans, budgets and forecasts.
17. Record, monitor and prepare monthly expenses sheet for utility cum general expense.
18. **Office management**: stationery, cleaning services, Internet, telephone, mobile phone, Business Cards requisitions etc.
19. Arranging bouquets for birthdays and organizing birthday events every month.
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
